You’ll get access to a private talent portal where you can browse your paired candidates, review their experience, and watch short bio videos.

Once you have your shortlist, you can book interviews directly through your talent portal.
We’ll be there to guide you through every step of the team selection process. We facilitate each interview and gather your immediate feedback so we can constantly refine the candidates in your portal until you've landed on your perfect team.
From there, just pick a start date, and we will get your team in place.

We work with you to develop customized training and onboarding programs that complement your in-house processes (but optimized for scale and nuanced for cultural differences).
If you don’t already have these systems in place, we’ll help you build them from scratch.
We also run technology assessments to ensure that you and your team have the right tools and are using them efficiently. Already have a suite of tools in place? Perfect! We can work within your current environments and processes.

All our teams are currently fully equipped to work from home with company-issued laptops and headsets as well as an internet allowance to ensure a stable, high-speed internet connection. As the situation evolves, we are also providing options for teams to return to the office if/as required. Rest assured that we have stringent safety and social distancing protocols in place to keep all employees safe.
Yes! You have full control over the team members who will join your team. Based on your requirements, we handpick our recommended shortlist of candidates for you to review and interview, but ultimately the final selection is up to you.
The choice is yours! We have a wide selection of shifts that cover all timezones and office hours, or you can choose to operate your team on a 24/7 basis. Your individual team members are hired on a full-time, dedicated basis, and will work eight hours per day, five days per week.
Your team members are fully under your direction, and you have complete management control on a daily basis, just as if they were in your local offices. Based on the complexity of your requirements and team size, we will also help you source local team leaders to manage and motivate your team.
Our pricing model is very simple and transparent (by design). A fixed hourly rate is applied to each one of your team members based on experience level, qualifications, and technical skills. There are no hidden costs or fees, just a simple fixed hourly rate for each team member.
